Deoxythymidine triphosphate (dTTP), labeled on the methyl group with ³H. Tritiated dTTP is commonly used to make probes for in situ hybridization studies via nick translation, or to measure nucleotide incorporation via reverse transcriptase or DNA polymerase activity.
