IVISbrite Bioluminescent Tumor Cell Lines

Track cancer growth and metastases or gain a better understanding of cancer biology using IVISbrite™ (formerly Bioware Brite) bioluminescent tumor cell lines.

Our bioluminescent tumor cell lines are labeled with red-shifted luciferase (Red F-luc) or dual labeled with luciferase and fluorescent reporters (GFP). These red-shifted tumor cell lines are significantly brighter (10-20 fold brighter in vitro) than other firefly luciferases. IVISbrite oncology cell lines are bright enough to measure tumor growth in your in vivo optical imaging system right after injection, much earlier than when tumors are palpable, allowing you to start collecting data at time points impossible with traditional micrometer measurements. Available tumor cell lines cover a range of cancer models including breast, colorectal, prostate, lung, lymphoma and many more.

All IVISbrite bioluminescent oncology cell lines meet the highest quality standards and are confirmed pathogen-free.
