Combined with our HIV-1 p24 Antigen ELISA Kit, the ELAST p24 ELISA Amplification System enhances HIV-1 p24 Antigen ELISA sensitivity. The assay is based on the conventional ELISA technique with an added signal amplification step (ELAST). The ELAST ELISA Amplification system is also available to reduce antibody consumption of detection antibodies in HRP- based ELISAs.
