As a leader in the food & feed safety testing industry, 爱游戏平台注册登录
develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of ELISA kits for food screening. Our range of quantitative food testing kits can detect natural toxins such as mycotoxins, hormones, antibiotics, and a variety of other veterinary drug residues. These ELISA kits for food screening are manufactured to the international quality standard ISO 9001.
How it works
Our rapid, cost-effective, quantitative food testing kits are based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay in which the antibody has been coated in the plate wells, and consist of the following basic protocol:
- Liquid sample containing the target analyte is added to a microwell that is pre-coated with analyte-specific antibodies. Any target analyte in the sample binds to the antibodies.
- An enzyme-linked antibody or antigen is added to the microwell, also binding to the analyte specific antibodies coated to the microwell.
- A substrate is added which changes its color as it interacts with the enzymes linked to the analytes or antibodies.
- The color change is measured with a spectrophotometer.
- Quantitation of the analyte is determined by comparing the test sample results against a standard curve of known analyte concentrations.
Reliable, Accurate, Walkaway Automation
For high throughput ELISA kits for food screening, a single DS2 can process two 96-well plates simultaneously with a small footprint that fits discretely into any lab environment. The integrated software guides the user through the process step-by-step, with on-screen instructions instructing them through loading samples to seeing test results. Automatic barcode scanning increases traceability and security.
- High throughput – up to 180 tests in 90 minutes
- Automated setup and walkaway testing
- Reading with automatic data reduction and quality control
- Testing for complex matrices – test grains, grain derivatives, finished feeds, pet foods, shrimp and more
- Flexibility to use automation for other ELISA tests
