You invest great efforts into your research – and we do the same with our consumables and accessories, tested and validated to fit your lubricant analysis needs. That’s why we developed a full range of quality consumables like V-Solv™ ICP solvent, particle count verification fluid, and particle count calibration fluid designed only for lubricant analysis.
Hyphenated (Avio 500 + LPC 500)
The LPC 500™ liquid particle counter (optical sensor and multi-channel pulse analyzer), Oils 7400 autosampler and Particle Xpress sample introduction system comprise a complete set of accessories for particle analysis of lubricating oils. This is used in conjunction with wear metals analysis by ICP-OES, coupling to our Avio® 500 Oils system.
The complete particle counting system consists of the LPC 500™ optical sensor, LPC 500 multi-channel pulse analyzer, Oils 7400 autosampler, SPM 700 syringe pump module, and the computer used to view the LPC 500 software interface to control the instrument.
The upgrade is for existing users of the standalone LPC 500™ liquid particle counter, providing all of the parts that should be ordered to couple the LPC 500 to the Avio® 500 ICP-OES Oils system for combined particle counting and wear metals analysis. With this in mind, the user should have a syringe driven module on site, as the Particle Xpress upgrade only includes the electronics module and the switching valve.
This Syringe Pump Module is for use with Oils 7x00. This syringe pump module provides the consistent flow rate needed for reproducible particle counting in a stand-alone configuration.
The Oils 7x00 Series Dual Homogenizing Autosamplers are the ideal automation solution for today’s lubricant testing labs that need to accommodate different types of samples – they are engineered to allow two sample matrices (oil and coolant) to be introduced from the same system into the ICP, and are the perfect complement to 爱游戏平台注册登录
