Single Cell DNA Sequencing

Single cell DNA sequencing allows genome wide molecular analysis to be performed on single or small numbers of cells. DNA from single cells undergoes representative whole genome amplification (WGA), increasing the amount of DNA available for copy number or mutation analysis for applications such as pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), molecular karyotyping, SNP and STR genotyping, PCR-based mutation detection and next generation sequencing.

For pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A), we offer combined whole genome amplification (WGA), library preparation, and analysis software with the PG-Seq^™ kit portfolio.
