Reaction miniaturization is a powerful tool to reduce the cost of Next Generation Sequencing, but it has not been widely adapted due to data quality concerns. In this study we miniaturize 384 libraries prepared using the NEXTFLEX Rapid XP DNA-Seq kit on the Sciclone G3 NGSx HT workstation and compare the library quality to that of manual preparation.
