Illumina® DNA Prep with Enrichment is a flexible library preparation kit for Next Generation Sequencing and is compatible with both Illumina and third-party enrichment probes and panels. In this study we analyzed and sequenced 96 libraries prepared on the Sciclone G3 NGSx workstation. We further compare these libraries to the expected manual yields, size distribution and sequencing metrics.
