The Roche® KAPA® HyperPlus™ kit is an advanced enzymatic fragmentation and library preparation kit that is compatible with Illumina® sequencing platforms. In this study we automate this kit on the Sciclone G3 NGSx iQ workstation and analyze the library quality of the 96 libraries prepared.
