Twist Bioscience Exome Kit Automated on the Sciclone G3 NGSx workstation

Next Generation Sequencing library construction reagents – in particular the probes used to enrich targeted regions of the human genome – are essential for obtaining high quality human whole exome sequencing data. The Twist^® Human Core Exome Kit is designed for efficient library construction with increased uniformity and deeper coverage of difficult sequencing regions. In this study we prepared 48 libraries on the Sciclone G3 NGSx workstation and compared the library yield and sequencing metrics to the expected manual preparation values.
