AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Aurora A Detection Kit, 50,000 Assay Points

Aurora A, also known as Aurora Kinase A and serine/threonine-protein kinase 6, is an enzyme encoded by the AURKA gene. It is implicated in key processes occurring during mitosis and meiosis, regulating cell division by controlling centrosome biology and spindle assembly. Dysregulation of Aurora A is associated with a high occurrence of cancer.

The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Total Aurora A Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total Aurora A in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.

• The HV (high volume) kit contains reagents to run 100 wells in 96-well format, using a 60 μL reaction volume.
• The 500-point kit contains enough reagents to run 500 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
