AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PLK1 Detection Kit, 10,000 Assay Points

Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) is a Ser/Thr kinase essential for cell division (mitosis) and as such, a key regulator of the G2/M checkpoint of the cell cycle. PLK1 is activated by phosphorylation of Thr210 by AurA kinase and active PLK1 phosphorylates CDC25. Overexpression of PLK1 is associated with many types of cancers, including lung, breast, liver, and osteosarcoma.

The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PLK1 is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total PLK1 in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.

• The HV (high volume) kit contains reagents to run 100 wells in 96-well format, using a 60 μL reaction volume.
• The 500-point kit contains enough reagents to run 500 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
• The 10,000-point kit contains enough reagents to run 10,000 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
