Overview

These hard-shell 96-well skirted PCR plates are specifically designed to withstand the stresses of robotic handling and thermal cycling. The two-component design provides superior stability and flatness, allowing precise positioning for automation. The low-profile (16.05 mm) wells are optimized for low-volume reactions and fast PCR.

Key features:

  • Reaction volumes of 5–125 μL (200 μL maximum)
  • Uniform wells reduce well-to-well variability in optical assays
  • Full skirt for robotic handling and labeling surface
  • Footprint and well spacing match ANSI/SBS standard dimensions
  • Black lettering for easy well identification
  • Process sampling and testing to ensure plates are free of DNase, RNase, and human DNA

High Throughput Assays to Compare the Performance and Stability of an Engineered Fc Silent Antibody to a Therapeutic Antibody

Over the last decade, therapeutic antibodies have emerged as the predominant class of new drugs. Assays to functionally characterize and evaluate antibodies can be used in the discovery process as well as during the development stages of antibody therapeutics. In this detailed case study, we show ...

High Throughput Platforms to Characterize a Bispecific Antibody Subjected to Forced Degradation

The new bispecific antibody class (bsAbs) has emerged as one of the fastest-growing next-generation antibody therapies, due to its high specificity and low toxicity. bsAbs are designed to have two specific antigen-binding sites, unlike conventional antibody formats. Rapid and accurate functional ...
