IVISense Inflammation Fluorescent Imaging Panel

Enhance your research with fluorescent probes targeting inflammation biology.

Our IVISense Inflammation fluorescent imaging panel enables in vivo visualization and quantification of inflammation biology. The ability to non-invasively quantify inflammation biology in vivo offers greater opportunity for longitudinal studies necessary to better understand disease pathogenesis in the context of intact animal physiology.

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Overview

Inflammation is a complex biological response to stimuli presented by pathogens, tissue damage, or local irritants and involves a variety of immune cells that work to remove and repair the original insult and damaged tissue regions. Our fluorescent imaging probes provide a variety of tools for quantifying inflammatory biology (various proteases or upregulated receptors) as well as detecting and measuring the edema response. The ability to non-invasively quantify inflammation biology in vivo offers greater opportunity for longitudinal studies and understanding disease pathogenesis in the context of intact animal physiology.

The availability of probes at 680 nm and 750 nm wavelengths further offer the opportunity for multiplex imaging of appropriate probe combinations to maximize information gained from research animals.

IVISense Inflammation Fluorescent Imaging Panel includes the following six probes:
