LabChip^® Small RNA Reagent Kit

The small RNA assay can quantitate small RNA samples (20 to 150 nucleotides (nt)) such as:

• microRNA
• Small interfering RNA
• Piwi-interacting RNA
• RNA aptamers
• Transfer RNA
• CRISPR guide RNA

This kit can run 96 samples in approximately 2 hours.

• Small RNA dye concentrate (1 vial, storage temperature 2-8^oC)
• Small RNA chip storage buffer (5 vials, storage temperature 2-8^oC)
• Small RNA sample storage buffer (3 vials, storage temperature 2-8^oC)
• Small RNA marker (1 vial, storage temperature 2-8^oC)
• Small RNA gel matrix solution (5 vials, storage temperature 2-8^oC)
