When used with the NEXTFLEX Small RNA-seq Kit v3, the NEXTFLEX tRNA/YRNA blockers increase the relative proportion of reads mapped to miRNAs. This is particularly helpful for miRNA discovery from complex samples such as biofluids, which can have a high abundance of tRNA/YRNA fragments.
