ONE Internal Standards^420™ Kit

The ONE Internal Standards^420™ Reagent Kit consists of 30 isotopically labeled internal standards, pre-mixed at defined concentrations, to help cannabis and hemp laboratories minimize the effects of the cannabis matrix in their quantitation analysis and improve their data quality. Unlike legacy options, where bulk Internal standard materials must be purchased from multiple suppliers, stored and then mixed and diluted, this kit can be used straight from the freezer, with the reagents directly pipetted onto cannabis and hemp samples. The reagent kit minimizes the effort required for producing working concentrations of the standards and also eliminates manual error thereby improving the data quality. Using the kit the testing labs can account for changes in cannabis and hemp samples extraction efficiency, instrument detector response, or fluctuations in the sample being analyzed. Method development time is reduced as each kit is supplied with a list of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) for each internal standard designed for obtaining the maximum sensitivity for detection of target compound.

• 2 vials consisting of 30 isotopically labeled internal standards 
• 2 x 4 mL of internal standard mix in acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid
• COA of prepared concentrations for each internal standard (available to download here)
• Instructions for use (IFU), with MRM table to support kit implementation/method development, included with each Kit
