PhenoVue™ Fura-2 AM, is a high affinity and permeable fluorescent ratiometric Ca2+ indicator and is part of Revvity’s portfolio of cellular imaging reagents. PhenoVue Fura-2 AM Ca2+ indicator exhibits bright green fluorescence and is validated for use in imaging microscopy and high-content screening applications. It exhibits a maximum excitation wavelength shift from 336 to 365 nm upon binding to free intracellular Ca2+, and a maximum emission wavelength of 505 nm.
